Player-run cricket energy across Perth, WA

We built Super BLTR 8s because standard comps rarely celebrate all three match-winning skills in one night.

Super BLTR 8s team

Our story

Super BLTR 8s was born from a group of passionate cricket lovers who wanted something more than a standard comp: a format that rewards pure skill, big hitting and competitive fire. The concept is simple but electric: pairs go head-to-head across three disciplines: Powerhitting, Long Catches and Bowling at Targets. Every round is a test of nerve, precision and raw cricket ability.

The first of its kind in Perth, Super BLTR 8s is run by players, for players, with serious prize money and bragging rights on the line that make every match count. We keep rules transparent, fixtures published early and communication blunt so northern clubs, beach sides and CBD workers all know how to enter. When you call, you speak with someone who has stood at fine leg, faced a quick spell and chased leather on a windy Perth evening, not a call centre reading a script.

Our base in Alkimos keeps us close to growing corridors while we still chase talent from Joondalup through to Scarborough and the Perth CBD. If your pair wants loud crowds, fair umpiring and a ladder that respects both flair and discipline, this is your comp.

What guides us

Fair play first

We publish formats, scoring tweaks and tie-breakers before the first ball so every pair knows the deal.

Perth-wide access

We promote entry paths for Alkimos, Joondalup, Clarkson, Wanneroo, Scarborough, Osborne Park and Perth CBD crews.

Serious fun

Prize money and bragging rights stay real: banter is loud, but respect for opponents and officials is non-negotiable.

Ask us anything about the format

Ring for entry paperwork, insurance copies or a plain-language walkthrough of the three disciplines.
